ESN NATIONAL EVENT in ROME! 

Erasmus had the chance to participate to the new edition of an unique event, ESN ICE !!! (Incontro Culturale Erasmus - Erasmus Cultural Meeting): 3000 erasmus students, coming from ESN sections from all over Italy, will meet up to discover the Eternal City by day and to live it by night.

It was a chance to see our capital city in a such special way and meet your erasmus colleagues from other cities!

PROGRAM

Friday

  • Departure by bus.
  • Arrival in Rome, registration for ICE.
  • Tour of Rome held by professional guides: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fori Romani, Fontana di Trevi, Montecitorio, Piazza Colonna, Piazza Venezia, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.
  • Free time for lunch.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Free time (dinner not included).
  • First ICE Theme Party in a huge and famous disco of Rome! All together with all the other 3000 erasmus from all over Italy!

Saturday

  • We will go to the Vatican State and we will visit one of the biggest art collection of the world: VATICAN MUSEUMS and CAPPELLA SISTINA!
  • Second ICE  Theme Party obviously with all the other 3000 erasmus students from all over the Italy!!! ;)

Sunday,

  • Tour of other places of interest in the historic center of Rome.
  • Departure direction Lecce and arrival by night.

The fee included:

  • 2 nights accommodation in hotel and tourist tax.
  • Entrance to the Vatican Museum and Cappella Sistina with the DVD of the museum.
  • Tour of Rome held by professional guides.
  • Fee Participation to the organized Event ICE 2022 activities:
    • The Official T-SHIRT of the Event
    • ICE Welcome Pack (bag, map of Roma and various gadgets).
    • Participation at al the organized activities.
    • Entrance in both ICE theme parties (Friday and Saturday).
    • Round trip Shuttle bus for one of the ICE theme parties.

A band-wrist was given to the ones who participate to the event, so ONLY with that it was possible to enter the parties or participate to the events organized at ICE.
