Make Your Own Gelato Experience in Lecce with ESN Lecce

Last January, we had the pleasure of taking our Erasmus students on a truly sweet journey into Italian culture: a hands-on gelato-making experience! 

Participants had the chance to discover the secrets behind one of Italy’s most iconic desserts, learning how to create authentic artisanal gelato from scratch. From choosing fresh ingredients to mixing flavors and decorating their creations, everyone got involved and had an amazing time.

The atmosphere was full of laughter, curiosity, and enthusiasm, as students bonded, shared the experience, and of course… tasted their delicious homemade gelato! 

It was a wonderful opportunity to explore Italian traditions in a fun and interactive way, and the smiles on everyone’s faces said it all; a memorable experience that brought people together and left us all a little sweeter!
