On 31 May 2023, at the 'Officine Ergot', we organized an 'International Dinner', with the aim of sharing recipes from different countries.

Three large tables were set up, on each of which, randomly arranged, were desserts, starters, main courses, and side dishes typical of each nation, marked with a card (on which was written the name of the product and the ingredients) and a flag.
Among the things cooked by the Erasmus and us from the association, there were 'Greek salad', 'cebularz', 'frisedde', 'lemon cake', 'crepes', 'racuchy', 'tzatziki', 'focaccia', 'tortilla', 'puff pastry', 'salt cake', 'torrijas' and many other dishes that were devoured within a couple of hours.
Of course, one way or another, it was necessary to digest... and what better way than a lively karaoke in the middle of the room, singing and dancing all together, but, above all, creating lasting memories in everyone's minds.
Fun is guaranteed with ESN Lecce, and our Erasmus students know this well.
We have always been about fun and inclusivity, and in fact, the only essential ingredient was the sharing of moments that will stay with us for a lifetime.
